Bald Cap

Today the students learnt how to apply a bald cap. Tutored by Renata Gilbert and modelled by the lovely Franziska, you can see from the photos below the various stages of application.
First you need to ensure the models hair is very flat to their head. This can be accomplished by using plain old non perfumed soap!
Next, you need to get the bald cap on to the models head and apply glue, drying with the hairdryer. Once dry the edges are dissolved.
Applying the colour and getting the right skin tone match is where it starts to look real, even down to placing of freckles, moles, veins etc.
