Natalie Rodney-Powell is the founder and CEO of MO ISO (Make Me Over Inside Out) Ltd., with over 23 years in the hair industry. Renowned for her signature haircut, ‘The MO ISO Taper’, she is a self-taught master stylist and barber, later accredited by the London College of Fashion. Beyond hairstyling, she is an Afro & textured hair educator,  TV & film artist & personal stylist. 

She has styled high-profile clients including The Kingdom Choir (noted for their royal wedding performance for Prince Harry & Meghan Markle), Judi Love, Loose women’s Brenda Edward’s and award winning saxophonist Yolanda Brown OBE DL.

Natalie is passionate about breaking down the stigma around Afro-textured hair and improving the experience for actors facing challenges in TV, film, and theatre settings. She has contributed her expertise to numerous high-profile productions, including BBC’s Doctors and Casualty, as well as West End shows like Mrs. Doubtfire, Six, Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, and Hamilton.

Natalie’s mission is to deliver exceptional service to everyone, regardless of status, and is dedicated to celebrating the beauty and versatility of Afro hair. Her mission is to inspire, educate, and transform lives from the inside out, one person at a time.
