In this hands-on workshop, you will learn to recreate a variety of effects from eerie, spooky Halloween looks to realistic cuts, burns, and scars in our cutting-edge facilities at Pinewood Studios.

This three-week course covers the creation and application of wounds, burns, scars, ageing effects, and more, utilising the latest industry materials including pro-bondo and direct applied silicon.

    Gain hands-on experience sculpting and mould-making, followed by the practical application of your creations under studio lighting. You will be assessed on both technique and creativity, while also learning vital health and safety guidelines and industry standards. This course provides a clear distinction between SFX and prosthetic makeup, preparing you to work confidently on film, television, and theatre projects.
