Training at The Iver Makeup Academy re-confirmed my decision to specialise in Hair and Makeup after obtaining a Theatre degree and working in Fringe theatre. I self funded my training at Iver which i saw as an investment into my future. I’m so glad i did as i feel fortunate to be working in a field of vast creativity, which also allows me to continuously learn. I work extremely well in a team and I am ready to jump into anything! I can quickly problem solve using my initiative to overcome challenging situations, i’m easily adaptable and learn fairly fast. Funnily enough, I enjoy the paper side of a the trainee role- I love a good colour coodinated spreadsheet. I Would say I’m a very friendly and enthusiastic individual with a sparky positive manner.
