These bursaries offer a great opportunity for two outstanding candidates to engage in a career they may otherwise have not been able to. We’re incredibly proud of our graduates and the pathway we put them on, so if you think it might be something for you then please don’t hesitate to apply!”
A graduate of the bursary scheme, who wished to remain anonymous, echoed Mrs Tagg-Wooster’s sentiment, saying: “When I was first offered the bursary, I was speechless. All I could think was, ‘Wow! This is amazing, thank you so much for the opportunity!’.”
The graduate added: “I would never have been able to access such amazing tutelage without the IMA bursary. I love the course and I am learning so much every day from very talented and lovely tutors.”
At a time when there is uncertainty about academia and career availability or progression, it may be an opportunity to find an alternative pathway. In addition to this, a £300m investment to build a Hollywood-style production complex in East London, highlights potential opportunities on the horizon in the UK sector.
